Share & Earn Program Terms & Conditions

The Yamimeal Share & Earn Program (the “Share & Earn”) is a Promotional tool to all merchants who have already joined the Yamimeal. Merchants allow registered Yamimeal users to earn Merchant Points (the “Merchant Points”) towards future purchases by referring friends to Yamimeal. To participate in this program , Yamimeal users must agree to the Yamimeal Terms of Use.

1. How Does Yamimeal Share & Earn Program Work?

Yamimeal Share & Earn Program allows registered Yamimeal users (an “Yamimeal user”) to invite friends to join and register with Yamimeal. For each friend you successfully refer to Yamimeal, you will earn Merchant Points immediately from current Merchant. If your invited friend has completed a purchase, you will earn, for example, extra 100 Merchant Points ($1 value) towards your rewards balance. Your friends will get their limit-time discounted price of your shared items to make a purchase right away.

* The number of Merchant Points rewarded for referring a friend may change at any time without advanced notifications.

2. What Benefits do I get?

Via your invitation, your friend(s) will get their limit-time discounted price for your shared items. You will also earn Merchant Points after they join this Share & Earn Program, and you will get extra Merchant Points after their first order completed on Yamimeal.

3. How do I refer my friends to Yamimeal?

You may refer your friends by sending them a unique invitation URL link. Make sure you are logged in to your Yamimeal account, then click “Share & Earn” once you place your order.

Alternatively, you can share products with your friends through the “share” function inside Yammeal’s APPs.

4. How to Earn MerchantPoints

Yamimeal users can earn Merchant Points towards their Yamimeal Merchant Points account if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Yamimeal account; and (ii) the referred friend completes a valid order and the order is not canceled or refunded.

5. How to Redeem Points

Merchant points may only be redeemed via the Yamimeal Site and Applications. Merchant points will automatically appear as redeemable points on the checkout page. Merchant Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

If for any reason you perceive any issues regarding your balance, please contact us via Yamimeal Care at support@yamimeal.com. Yamimeal may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Yamimeal’s sole discretion.

6. Referred a Friend

If you refer a friend who has signed up the program using a valid referral link, you will be eligible for the limit-time discounted price for your shared items on your current order on Yamimeal.

7. Multiple Referrals

A referred friend will get limit-time discounted price for shared items through different referral links. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Yamimeal users, only the corresponding Yamimeal user of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive points.

You may not create multiple Yamimeal Accounts and send invitation links to yourself. Abuse or attempt to fraudulently obtain Yamimeal points, may result in account suspension and cancellation of Merchant Points balance.

Merchant Points accrued in separate Yamimeal accounts may not be combined into one Yamimeal account.

8. Termination and Modifications

By participating in this program, you agree to our Terms of Use .

Yamimeal may suspend or terminate the Share & Earn Program, change the amount of Merchant Points, or a user’s ability to participate in the Share & Earn Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Yamimeal Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points can change at any time.

9. Updates to the Terms

We can update the terms above at any time without prior notices.
